Jordan’s professional career has expanded over the past 3 years at AXOMO, where the company specializes in uniting brands through innovative swag and merchandise solutions. As part of the Client Success team, Jordan has supported product design, client strategy, sales enablement, and operational growth initiatives while serving in his role for AXOMO / NAMIFY. Jordan has increased client activation and retention by leading 10+ weekly onboarding and training webinars, partnered closely with sales teams to improve conversion rates and client follow-up processes, and reinforced sales conversations through strategic onboarding support that helped move clients from interest to paid activation. Jordan also managed onboarding and CRM processes for 75+ client accounts monthly, creating structured client experiences that improved engagement, adoption, and long-term retention. In addition, Jordan contributed to product design, user experience, and platform strategy for organizations including Zenni Optical, New York University, Harvard University, DoorDash, and various government organizations, while advising on usability, interface structure, onboarding flow, and overall platform performance improvements.

Jordan currently serves as a Sales & Operations Strategist for Siedentopf Law , where he supports the firm’s growth through strategic marketing, client intake, sales operations, and lead conversion initiatives. Jordan has increased sales conversions by developing and maintaining consistent brand messaging across websites, email campaigns, and client communications—helping build trust and improve client decision-making throughout the estate planning process. He leads client intake and discovery sessions, guiding prospective clients through next steps while helping move them from inquiry to retained client through personalized follow-up and relationship-driven communication. In addition, Jordan manages the end-to-end intake process, organizes client information and case notes for the attorney, and streamlines internal workflows to create a more efficient and high-converting client experience. Jordan also strategizes, writes, and executes email marketing campaigns using segmentation and automation to increase engagement and appointment bookings, while helping strengthen the firm’s brand identity and messaging for legal audiences to support higher-quality lead generation and long-term growth.

Jordan serves as an Administrative & Sales Operations Coordinator for KN Literary Arts , where he supports sales operations, client communications, executive coordination, and overall business growth initiatives. Jordan has increased inbound lead conversion rates by 25–35% through strategic email follow-up, lead nurturing, and consistent client engagement, while also improving call show-up rates by over 20% through proactive confirmations and pre-call communication. He qualifies inbound leads, prioritizes high-intent prospects, and helps streamline the sales pipeline to improve efficiency across multiple team members. In addition, Jordan tracks discovery calls, deposits, contracts, and conversion metrics while generating weekly performance reports to support leadership visibility and operational growth. He also manages shared inbox communications, coordinates scheduling and logistics for sales calls, maintains CRM accuracy within Insightly, and supports executive calendar management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Jordan further contributes to internal organization by managing Zoom recordings, transcripts, and administrative systems that support team efficiency, consistency, and overall client experience.
